Refund & Return policy
Due to the hygienic nature of fragrance products, returns are handled strictly but fairly, in accordance with the CPA.
No Returns on Opened Products
Opened, used, or unsealed fragrances cannot be returned or refunded, unless the product is defective or incorrect upon delivery.
Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- The incorrect item was delivered, or
- The item arrived damaged or defective
Reporting a Return
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Inspection & Approval
All return requests are subject to inspection and approval. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Refunds or Replacements
Where a return is approved, customers may receive:
- A replacement, or
- A refund to the original payment method
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used fragrances
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Orders with incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer
- Sale or promotional items (unless defective)
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are covered by Glamorous Fragrances only where the fault lies with us
